Are you a CNC Machinist or similar looking for the opportunity to progress into a leadership position within a rapidly growing healthcare equipment manufacturer who have huge goals over the next 5 years, they provide a varied role, industry specific training and the ability to boost your pay with overtime?
On offer is the opportunity to join a company who are looking to double in size over the next 3 years, they produce essential paediatric medical equipment for the education sector, NHS and other private clients. Their goal is to grow their team and significantly increase their turnover by adding new clients, increasing their efficiency by upgrading their equipment.
This role will see you being responsible for the production of predominantly wooden components with some plastics also involved, you will be in charge of owning the machinery, ensuring they are operating to maximum efficiency, doing daily checks and routine maintenance. The company are looking for someone to progress into a leadership position within the workshop and they will give them all the tools to succeed.
This role would suit a CNC Machinist or similar looking for the opportunity to progress into a leadership position in the future with a company who will give you more responsibility than your average CNC role, industry specific product training and the opportunity to increase your earnings with overtime.
The Role:
- Operating / Setting of CNC Machines for wooden components
- Daily checks and routine maintenance
- Progression to workshop leadership position
- Monday to Friday (7:30AM – 4PM)
- 5 x Overtime

- CNC Machinist or similar
- Looking for a leadership role
- Commutable to Newton Abbott
