Are you a Multi Skilled Engineer with a background in CNC machines, looking for a varied, Monday to Friday role within a well-established company who are known for their commitment to their staff, give you an early finish on a Friday and the ability to boost your earnings with overtime?
On offer is the opportunity to join a prominent and long-standing company that now spearheads site installation work and the manufacturing of electromagnets. Having started almost 103 years ago, they were notably involved in large scale engineering projects for the government during World War II, and even supplied the generator for the train that transported Queen Elizabeth on her South Africa Tour.
The role involves general maintenance within the workshop, where you will be responsible for repairing the company’s CNC machinery. The largest lathe will take a 4.3 metre length up to 90mm diameter and 2.84 metres up to 443mm diameter, and they have a variety of broaches ranging from 3mm to 25mm including imperial sizes in this range. You will be based at the company’s facility that houses a specialist rewinding facility, panel building room, pump repair and test area, machine shop, welding bay and a trade counter.
This role would suit a Multi Skilled Engineer with a background in CNC Machinery, looking for a varied, Monday to Friday position and the chance to work with a prestigious company that truly values their staff.
The role:
* General Maintenance and Repair of CNC machinery.
* Weekly pay, option of overtime at the weekend to boost earnings
* Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4.30pm (Friday – 3.30pm)
