You will be in a hugely varied role, leading the design of new projects from concept to construction, developing strong relationships with clients and other professionals across the company, and helping to secure new opportunities. This is a unique opportunity, well-suited to a Civil Engineer who is looking to rapidly advance their career into a leadership role.

The role:

• Design centered around roads and drainage, particularly highway and pavement design associated with building projects
• Leading a team of junior engineers
• Ground modelling, masterplanning and assessment of flood risk
• Using Civils 3D, PDS, AutoCAD and WIDNES

The person:

• Relevant post qualification (MICE) experience
• Commercially aware with strong knowledge of design standards and legislation
• Strong communication and time management skills
