Are you a Chief Engineer or similar from a Hotels background looking for an autonomous and varied 4 month fixed term contract split between hands on maintenance and leadership responsibilities within a 5* Luxury Hotel in Central London offering a bonus to increase your earnings?

This company are a group of Luxury Hotels with a range of properties around London and the South East, including numerous 5* Hotels. They have seen continual success in recent years and are now looking to bring in new a new Chief Engineer on a Fixed Term basis.

This autonomous and technical role will see your time split between hands-on general Hotel Maintenance – both PPM and reactive- and leadership responsibilities including rotas, scheduling and liaising with senior management as you oversee the tight-knit team of 4. This is a days-based role where you will work Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm with occasional call outs.

This dynamic role would suit a Chief Engineer or similar from a Hotels background looking for an autonomous and varied role where you will undertake a range of maintenance hotels within a luxury property in a presitigous company offering a bonus to increase earnings on a 4 month fixed term contract.

The Role:

• Split between Management and Hands on Maintenance
• PPM, reactive and range of project work
• Oversee Maintenance team of 4 on site
• Organise rotas, schedules and briefs
• Split between Management and Hands on Maintenance
• Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm

The Person:

• Chief Engineer or similar
