Are you a Chief CNC Engineer or similar looking for a fully autonomous role within a dynamic team within a growing and ambitious company working at a state of the art facility in a role offering the opportunity to increase your earnings through a bonus and to be a technical specialist on engineering processes?

This company provide subcontract CNC machining solutions to a variety of industries from telecommunications to aerospace and have been providing their first rate, quality service for over 70 years. They have just opened a brand new production facility and due to continual growth they are looking for a new Chief CNC Engineer to join their team and make their mark on the role.

In this dynamic role you will mainly be conducting new project work through CAD/ CAM programming, estimating, tooling, as well as process control on old projects in addition to overseeing offline programing on 5-axis machinery. You will work a Monday – Friday days based shift pattern of 40 hours per week.

This role would suit a Chief CNC Engineer looking for a fully autonomous and technically challenging role within a dynamic team in a well-established company offering a bonus and opportunities for ongoing technical progression.

The Role:

• CAD/ CAM Programming with 5-axis programming proficiency
• Spearhead new projects and process improvement / control of current projects
• Advising on Estimating, Tooling and Quotations
• Liaise with Operations Director and other members of the senior leadership team

The Person:

• Chief CNC Engineer or similar
• CAD/ CAM Proficient
• Commutable to Luton
