Are you a CAD Technician from a Modular Buildings / Construction background with ArchiCAD experience looking to join a market leading and family orientated construction company, offering further training to expand your industry knowledge, clear progression structure to senior positions and an Annual Bonus to increase your earnings?

This company specialise in providing Design solutions for modular building construction projects across the UK, working with a range of residential and commercial blue-chip clients. Since their establishment in 1985, they have gone from strength to strength and are now looking to expand their team to keep up with ever increasing demand.

In this varied role, you will receive full product specific training during your probationary period as you work both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 3 Technicians to design Modular buildings and assist with the pre-construction phase as you create 2D and 3D technical drawings using ArchiCAD, whilst liaising with the production team to ensure that customer briefs are met within a timely manner. This is an office based, Monday to Friday role with occasional site visits required to conduct surveys.

The Role:

• Product specific training provided
• Designing Modular Building Construction Projects
• Creating 2D & 3D technical drawings using ArchiCAD
• Liaising with the production team throughout the life cycle of the project
• Monday to Friday – 7am to 4pm

• CAD Technician or similar
• Modular Buildings / Construction background – with ArchiCAD experience
• Commutable to Woking
