Are you a CAD technicain with experience in building services and a good AutoCAD understanding, looking to be the go-to person for a historic independent school and looking to progress your career? This is a great opportunity to join an internal Estates team of who are managing the upkeep of the listed buildings and assets of the school.

Are you looking for a role where you will be using CAD to create high-quality detailed technical drawings and plans and make modifications to existing drawing using a variety of CAD software programmes and update the property & asset database. whilst benefitting from an excellent company culture, driven by values of inclusion and great work / life balance?

This role would suit a candidate with construction design management skills and looking for a long-term role where that can train and grow within an experienced team.

• Creating technical drawings for all estate buildings and assets
• Using AutoCAD
• Working for a school directly
• Surveying of interior and exterior spaces

• Understanding of building regulations
