Are you a CAD Technician from a Manufacturing / Joinery background who is proficient in 2D AutoCAD looking to join a market leading and family orientated company who specialise in Bespoke Joinery offering specialist joinery training, clear progression structure to senior positions and overtime to increase your earnings?

This well established company specialise in manufacturing and installing bespoke joinery, fixtures and fittings across a range of industries. Since their establishment in 2011, they have grown significantly and now employ nearly 30 people across the company and they are now looking to expand their production team to keep up with increased demand.

In this varied and exciting role, you will receive specialist joinery training during your probationary period as well as conducting site surveys at customer venues to take measurements in for the 2D drawings that you create using AutoCAD. You will be working closely with the production team creating templates and cutting lists to enable them to manufacture the correct equipment as well as senior leadership to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

This job would suit a CAD Technician from a Manufacturing / Joinery background with 2D AutoCAD experience looking for a varied and exciting role within a growing company who can offer specialist joinery training, swift progression to senior roles and overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Travelling to customer locations to conduct site surveys and take measurements
• Creating 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD
• Specialist joinery training provided
• Liaising with the production team throughout the life cycle of the project
• Monday to Thursday – 8:30am – 4:30pm – early finish at 3:30pm on Friday

The Person:

• CAD Technician or similar
• Proficient in 2D AutoCAD
• Production / Manufacturing / Joinery background
• Full UK Driving License – happy to travel to customer sites
