Are you a CAD Draughtsman or similar looking to expand your career opportunities with a step up into project management that would see you designing and managing height safety equipment to be deployed across the UK within a rapidly expanding group of companies?

On offer is the opportunity to join as the first in a new sub-division of an established business providing façade access and height safety solutions. This new division was created as a result of the need for a CAD Draughtsman to manage projects in locations such as the Palace of Westminster.

Your role will include the design of various safety apparatus alongside maintaining inspection standards and occasional travel to commercial sites. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers, suppliers and internal members of staff to ensure the proper running of projects. You will occasionally need to travel to project sites in order to oversee deployment and maintenance of the safety equipment.

This role would suit a CAD Draughtsman looking to step into a broader role and take on management responsibility within a rapidly expanding company, and being given the ability to oversee more of the process involved in delivering and maintaining the range of projects the business .

The Role

• 2D design of safety equipment
• Project management for a number of sites
• Maintain inspections of safety equipment
• Customer and supplier liaising
• Occasional site visits for inspections

• CAD Draughtsman or similar
• 2D CAD Experience
• Comfortable working at height
