Are you a CAD Designer from a sheet metal / fabrication background, who is looking for a dynamic role within a fast – growing company that offer on the job training and progression into senior and management positions.
This UK leading company, established in 1982, are the UKs leading manufacturers of bespoke aviation fueling equipment. They have doubled in size and turnover in the last year alone, and are on track to do the same again!
In this varied and dynamic role, you will be using AutoCAD to create detailed manufacture designs and a bill of materials for fabrication and manufacture, liasing closely with the team on the shopfloor. You will be given specific on the role training, working closely with another senior member of the design team, 8:00 – 4:30, Monday to Friday in their Oxford office.
This exciting role would suit a CAD Designer from a sheet metal / fabrication background, looking to join a UK leading company that offers on the job training and progression into management roles as the company continues to expand.
The Role:
- Creating designs for manufacture using AutoCAD
- Creating BOMs
- Liasing with the shopfloor to ensure efficient project flow
The Person:
- CAD Designer from a sheet metal / fabrication background
- Familiar with fabrication and laser cutting processes
- Commutable to Oxford
