Are you a Business Development Manager with knowledge of valves looking for a fantastic opportunity to build a market from scratch, with uncapped commission, a well established and attractive product range, a competitive salary and the autonomy to make your mark on the company?

You will come into a cold desk, but one with a lot of opportunity to earn a significant amount on top, taking a 1% cut on all profits within the department. You will be selling Valves for Steam Applications within Food, FMCG and other process related sectors.

The company have huge growth plans and off the back of recent success are looking to expand their sales department within the Southeast region. Coupled with excellent retention, this is a great time to get on board and play a part in their future.

The role would suit a Sales Manager with knowledge of Valves, who is looking to earn an unrivalled and uncapped amount of commission, building up a cold desk, with the autonomy to build your own relationships with no internal competition.

The Role:

  • New business development, working with Valves / Steam Applications
  • Covering the Southeast of England
  • Uncapped commission, approx. £5k – £10k Year 1, £20k Year 2.

The Person:

  • Sales Manager or similar
  • Knowledge of Valves
  • Happy to build a cold desk and earn uncapped commission
