Do you have a background in Business Development, and IT solutions, or Recruitment, looking for a truly unique and pivotal opportunity to join a multifaceted business which offers staff augmentation solutions and software solutions to leading clients such as BMW, Rolls Royce and Sony, now looking to aggressively scale in the UK & Ireland, offering a fantastic role which will incorporate extensive technical training and development, and negotiable bonus / commission?

Are you looking for a versatile role where you will spearhead growth, building relationships with partner firms, and major accounts mostly in Fintech, Payment and Incentive markets, where you will primarily follow warm leads and adopt and informal approach, meeting with potential clients at exhibitions, networking events and events?

The company are a leading software development company with a global presence. They offer solutions based services, as well as outsourced offshore development teams for their clients. They specialize in mission critical business applications within FinTech, RewardTech, Payments, Automotive and Utilities sectors.

Now looking to capitalize on recent success, they are seeking a Business Development Manager, to grow existing accounts, and bring on board new clients, as well as outsourcing talent for their key accounts. You will be the first Sales hire in the UK, and will benefit from a balance of support and autonomy to ensure you are highly successful in the role.

The role:

  • Excellent training provide
  • Attending conferences, events, exhibitions across the UK, representing the organization and building relationships with potential clients
  • Representing the company in leading trade associations in the FinTech, incentive and gift card industries
  • Building a target list of accounts for the company in Western Europe in the FinTech, Payment, Gift Card and Incentives space
  • Complete internet research, over the phone interviews / profiling to source candidates in the Philippines, Hungary in the UK for your clients outsourced talent requirements
  • Showcase the talents of technical staff to your clients
  • Write proposals, and statements of work (with technical support provided)

The person:

  • Background in Tech / IT / Software development, ideally with some Business Development experience – the role would potentially suit someone with a background in IT Recruitment, or IT Sales but other applications will also be considered
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Driving License
