Are you a Business Development Manager looking to take the next step in your career through the opportunity to spearhead the Sales department of a company that has grown exponentially in the last few years, where you’ll be the lead in all Sales projects?

On offer is the exciting opportunity to be the lead and run the sales department, as you grow with the company into a more senior position. You will be meeting with clients, networking via online and in-person channels and attending events that will push new business as well as upselling the companies services to their outstanding clients.

This company is continuously growing and operates with the building services and maintenance sector. They have been involved in and operate with a number of traditional businesses but are now expanding and specialising into more niche industries.

The ideal Business Development Manager will be able to identify new business opportunities as well as developing their existing clients. You will be able to prepare and deliver presentations to old and prospective clients, negotiating contracts for both as well as monitoring and reporting on sales figures.

The Role

  • Maintaining and Developing strong relationships with existing clients
  • Networking and attending events to identify new business
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts
  • Reporting on sales

The Person

  • Strong background in sales
  • Previous Facilities Maintenance / Management or M&E experience
  • Strong knowledge of contracts and negotiating
