Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a Construction / Doors / Windows background looking for a fully autonomous Field Sales role offering the chance to make your mark on the ongoing success of a multi-million £ family run business, to continually progress within the company and to increase your earnings through bonuses and uncapped commission?

This well-established group of companies provide specialist Seals to the Door and Window industry with clients ranging from household name manufacturers to large scale industrial projects including the Euro Tunnel. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in the 1960s whilst maintaining their family values and structure within the organisation and are now looking to bring in a motivated sales person to grow their team.

In this field based role you will have full autonomy to manage your own diary and desk to spearhead the growth of the company across the region .You will regularly meet with customers across the region (roughly 4x per week) to undertake new business development (80%) and further existing accounts (20%) with aims of building long term business relationships. As the company grows you will have the opportunity to play a key part in the growth of the sales team and can progress to senior roles.

This varied role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar with a background in Construction / Doors / Windows looking for an autonomous field based role within a well-established company offering uncapped commission and ongoing progression.

The Role :

  • Winning new business (80%) and upselling to existing accounts (20%)
  • Building and furthering long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Field based role with some work from home and occasional office visitation
  • Autonomy to manage your own diary
  • Product training provided and shadowing of the sales manager
  • Uncapped Commission + Bonuses to increase earnings
  • Ongoing progression in to senior roles available
