Business Development Manager (Construction Services)
£40,000 – £50,000 (OTE £60,000 – £80,000) + Company Car + Remote Working
Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a construction or facilities management background, looking for the autonomy to make your mark whilst heading up sales, within a market leading company, and be recognised for your achievements through an uncapped commission structure?
In this role you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts and generating your own leads. You will have the autonomy to target different sectors and businesses as you see fit, with the goal of generating new projects. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident with the ins and outs of this companies key services.
This innovative and fast growing company deliver technical expertise and consultancy services for managing risk within the built environment. They specialize in asbestos management and decommissioning supplying into a multitude of industries, Industrial, airport, railway and domestic.
This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar from an construction, facilities management or similar background looking for a generous, uncapped commission structure and the responsibility to work fully autonomously.
Head up sales / business development

Meeting clients in-person or on teams to understand requirements
Covering the UK (planning your own diary / visits)
