Are you a Business Development Manager from an Industrial Services / Access Solutions background or similar looking for a fully autonomous and dynamic role where you will provide specialist sales solutions to a broad client base across Great Britain and Northern Ireland within an ambitious company who provide a generous car allowance and a company bonus to increase your earnings?

This growing yet ambitious Industrial Services company offer a number of access solutions to a variety of industries including oil & gas, marine, and infrastructure. This would include services such as coatings, scaffolding, and insulation. They have huge growth plans for the future already boasting a turnover of £10 million having only been established for 5 years. Due to continual growth they are looking to add a BD Manager to join their team, take charge and make the role their own.

In this dynamic role you will be reporting to the director aiming to achieve a profitable revenue growth for a variety of Access Solution products. You will be required to maintain and develop new and existing clients as well as meeting 3rd party investors to win business. You will be working primarily out of the office with occasional regional travel to conduct site visits.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager or similar from an Industrial Services / Access Solutions background looking for an exciting and dynamic role within a market-leader in their field who provide autonomy and a bonus to increase earnings.

The Role:

  • Split between Account Management and Business Development
  • Work with new and existing clients
  • Liaise with the Director and other members of the senior leadership team
  • Office based role with Regional UK Site Visits

The Person:

  • Business Development Manager or similar
  • Industrial Services / Access Solutions background or similar
  • Commutable to Middlesbrough
  • Full Driving License- Happy to travel
