Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking for an autonomous and varied role where you can make a direct impact on an employee owned multi-disciplinary consultancy who offer a bonus and a clear progression structure to senior roles?

This specialist employee owned consultancy work across a range of sectors with a broad scope of high end commercial and residential clients. They have over 100 employees and are looking to further grow their team.

This autonomous role will see you working primarily from home with one day a week in office, as you undertake client visits across a patch of up to two hours travel. You will be responsible for project work and conducting surveys, in addition to varied project work and liaison with clients, the surveying team of 4 and senior leadership.

This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor looking for an autonomous and dynamic role within an employee owned consultancy who offer progression opportunities and the opportunity to develop shareholder status.

The Role:

• Site visits – Commercial and Residential clients
• Project work across all stages- surveying, quotations, etc.
• Hybrid role – 4 days WFH, 1 day in office
• Liaison with contractors, senior leadership and other departments

The Person:

• Chartered Building Surveyor
• Commercial and Residential experience
• Happy to work a hybrid role
• Full Driving Licence- Willing to travel
