Are you a Branch Manager or similar with experience within a sales driven environment, looking to join a fast-paced and constantly expanding company, with the opportunity of technical development and routes to progress, whilst having the autonomy top make your mark in this senior role?
In this role you will be managing a team of 5 with this branch being the flagship branch for the company. Your responsibilities range from account management to setting out KPIs and developing new business, health and safety, as well as general management of the team.
This long-standing and persistently growing company are the UK’s leading supplier of aftermarket parts to the truck and trailer industry, supplying their services globally. The company sets out to ensure the highest standards of quality for their products as well as steadily expand the company with the aim of opening more Branches in the coming years.
This role would suit someone with experience of branch management, within a sales driven environment, looking to take the next step in their career in an expanding company, as well as undertake training with the possibility of progression down the line.
The Role:
- Responsible for aiding growth of sales, business development, KPI’s
- General management of the branch, including health and safety
- Mostly office based, with client visits roughly once per week
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm role
