Are you a Bookkeeper / Credit Controller, with experience working in the Property sector, looking to step into a varied role, where you will benefit from great work / life balance, forming an integral part of a friendly and dynamic team?

Are you looking to join a highly successful, independent Rental Agency which offers a premium service to a range of high value clients, where you will work closely with the Finance Manager, to provide an excellent service to an array of clients, and efficiently manage the company’s bookkeeping / credit control function?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, specialist real estate agency, within a flexible and autonomous role. You will be responsible for a range of financial duties, such as credit control, tenancy renewals, accounts payables and bank reconciliations.

The role:

• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control
• Tenancy renewals
• Tenant queries
• Accounts payable
• Create weekly overviews of general arrears
• Deputise for the Finance Manager when necessary

The person:

• Bookkeeping / Credit Control experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Background in the Property Industry
