This company provide body shop and accident repair services. They are experts in accident and repair as well as specialising in new and use car sales.

In this autonomous site-based role you will oversee the day-to-day running of all works within the body shop, ranging from stock control to ensuring swift completion of work in order to hit KPI targets. You will also be responsible for the development and support of staff as you liaise with senior leadership to ensure the site is run smoothly and profitably.

This role would suit a Bodyshop Manager / Supervisor with a background in accident repair work looking to join a market-leading company where you will be an integral member of the team, who offer the opportunity for you to make your mark, the opportunity to progress your career and a bonus scheme to increase your earnings.

The Role:
* Oversee day-to-day running of workshop
* Delegating to the team & liaising with senior leadership to ensure all vehicle repairs are completed in a timely manner
* Handling invoices & Ensuring spare parts are ordered
* Support development of staff and business

The Person:
* Bodyshop Manager / Supervisor or similar
* MET / Accident repair background a
* Commutable to Oswestry
