Are you a Project or Contracts Manager with a background in BMS looking for a highly autonomous and senior role, offering a wide variety of day-to-day work and to become a leading figure in a reputable company with plenty of recognition, responsibility, and job satisfaction?

In this role you will be managing projects from concept to completion, including the design process, liaising with clients and subcontractors, providing quotations, and occasionally visiting sites. Working on commercial properties, the timescale of projects ranges from a couple of months to a few years, giving a wide variety of work.

This role would suit a Project or Contracts Manager from a BMS background looking for a technically stimulating role where they will play a key part in a highly profitable business.

The Role:

• Managing projects from concept to completion
• Involved with design, site visits, quotations, and liaising with different departments
• Office based with some site visits to commercial properties
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
