Are you Bike Shop Supervisor / Manager with a big interest in Electric Motorcycles / Electric Bikes, looking for the rare opportunity take a step up into management and then directorship, where you will be a playing a large part of an Electric Bike company, working alongside the MD in receiving full training to oversee the day-to-day running of the company, with the opportunity for tailored training and development plans and equity within the business?
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a design and management position within an Electrical Bike company. You will be first in line to progress to the complete management of this site.
The company sell specialist, British made bikes all over the UK and are looking to grow the business into the next stage and transform how Electric Bikes are made. The Managing Director is looking for someone to assist him in the general management duties of the tight-knit company, and to progress into a Co-Owner / Director.
This role would suit a Bike Shop Supervisor / Manager looking to take a step up into a management position, playing an instrumental role in the success of a company due to increased workloads.
THE ROLE:
* Managing the day-to-day running of the shop
