You will be responsible for the development of successful strategies that manage the preparation and submission of tender submissions that meet client needs. You will be managing the entire bidding process from conception aligned to budget working near Ballymena and travelling to sites when required across the UK.
This is a pivotal role, where you will be directly adding value, whilst receiving excellent training and development opportunities to ensure you reach your full potential.
The Role:
- Manage the end-to-end bid process from conception through to completion
- Manage virtual bid teams and inputs from key stakeholders, engaging with the sales team
- Manage and develop business opportunities, across UK
- Monitor the overall performance of the tender process
The Person:
- Experience as a Bid / Tender Manager OR Similar with an M&E OR Construction background
