The company are a leading manufacturer and designer of solenoids, rotary switches, and electro-mechanical assemblies, established for over 90 years the company continue to create bespoke products for customers within defence, medical, industrial automation and automotive, taking the market by storm. With continued growth an opportunity arises for a new Sales Manager to join the team, overseeing the research and developing marketing opportunities, planning sales initiatives, developing pricing strategies and sales objectives.
This role would those with a Sales background, looking to significantly progress their career alongside excellent benefits including a four-day working week, life insurance and ongoing training.
The Role:
- Implement new sales plans and marketing strategies
- Preparing budget plans as needed
- Promoting the companies existing brands and introducing new products as needed
- Manage and build client relationships
- Client visits as required

- Sales background
- Any experience in manufacturing or engineering desirable
