Are you a Maintenance Supervisor or similar from a Hospitality background looking for a varied leadership role within a Luxury 5 Star Hotel offering opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and a clear progression structure to Maintenance Manager?

This 5 star luxury hotel specialise in providing individual experiences for their customers offering unique room, Michelin star restaurants and a 40,000ft spa facility. Since their establishment in 1981, they have steadily expanded and now have 12 sites across the UK as they look to increase their maintenance teams to keep up with demand.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for running the maintenance team in the absence of the Manager as you help to oversee the refurbishment of public spaces, bedrooms and the spa facilities as well as being the bridge between the Shift Engineers and Technical Services Manager to ensure that all issues are reported and resolved as quickly as possible. You will be working a varied shift pattern, primarily of 7am-3pm or 12pm-9pm with some weekend work set out in a monthly Rota.

This role would suit a Maintenance Supervisor or similar from a Hospitality background looking for a leadership role within a luxury hotel where you will be first point of contact for any maintenance queries for guests and other departments as well as plenty of overtime to increase potential earnings.

The Role:

• Aiding the day-to-day Maintenance of Hotel operations
• Running the Maintenance team in the absence of the Manager
• Split between on the tools work and management responsibilities
• Being a first point of contact for any queries from guests and other departments
• Shift work: Monday to Friday 7am-3pm or 12pm-9pm + Weekend Rota

The Person:

• Maintenance Supervisor or similar
• Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing skills
• Hospitality background
• Commutable to Bracknell – Full UK licence
