Joining their IT department, you will join the existing team and play a vital role in their future success and transformation as they develop this area of the business to give themselves operation and commercial advantages in an extremely competitive sector.
In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Line Support to all areas of the business as well as providing training and documentation as required and liaise with relevant 3rd parties.
The ideal IT Support Engineer would have a solid understanding of general IT Support.
