On offer is a fantastic opening for an Assistant Branch Manager to work closely with the Branch Manager leading a team and really drive the success of an established branch for a company that holds decades of know-how and expertise in the commercial vehicle market.

In this role, the successful Assistant Branch Manager will ensure the smooth day to day running of the Branch, by ensuring all staff meet daily targets. Implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.

This role would suit an Assistant Branch Manager with a keen eye for driving sales to hit targets, with experience of effectively managing people.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate staff, recruit staff, train and develop staff
• Promote sales and delivery targets, including over counter sales.
• Implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets to be achieved.

The Person:

• Truck and trailer or automotive background
• Supervisory/managerial experience.
• Sales Background
