Are you an Area Sales Manager from a Construction background looking to work with a recognised award winning, innovative and leader in specialist construction systems who will offer you an on track earnings of £60-£65k, a company vehicle, and autonomy to operate your day to your requirements covering a regional patch ?
This is the opportunity for an Area Sales Manager looking for continuous professional development and autonomy to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company.
This is an autonomous role where you will plan your own diary, for weekly meetings with a variety of decision makers to gain either specification of products or confirming orders from quotes. You will work closely with architects, engineers and developers and internal teams with the Estimating Department, Structural Team and Project Team.
This role would suit a candidate from a Construction Sales background looking to work with a continuously growing specialist where you will be given tailored mentoring, development, and clearly structured progression opportunities. The next step from this role would be Technical Sales Manager.
Job description:
* Negotiate and close deals with new customers, up-selling/cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding needs, preferences, and challenges.
* Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
* 40 hours a week

* UK Driving licence – Happy to travel around Scotland
