Are you an Architectural Technician from a Residential / Interior Design background with strong proficiency in AutoCAD looking for a varied and days-based role within a well-established yet growing Architectural Design company, offering opportunities to progress to senior positions and overtime to increase your earnings?

This company specialise in providing design solutions for the residential sector, focusing mainly on home extensions and interior designs, having worked with a range of blue-chip and high net-worth clients across the UK. Since their establishment in 2019, they have completed over 250 projects and looking to expand their in-office design team to keep up with ever increasing demand.

In this dynamic role, you will be creating 2D & 3D technical designs using AutoCAD for Residential projects across Hertfordshire, working both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 3 as you liaise directly with the end user to ensure designs are correctly implemented to match the client requirements. This is an office-based role with occasional site visits to once or twice per month to conduct site surveys as and when required.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician from a Residential / Interior Designs background with AutoCAD experience looking for a days-based role within a growing company where you will have the opportunity to make your mark and directly impact design implementations.

The Role:

• Creating both 2D and 3D Architectural Designs using AutoCAD & Sketchup
• Monthly project site visits to ensure measurements are accurately taken
• Liaise with other departments and senior leadership to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are completed on time
• Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 4:30pm

The Person:

• Architectural Technician or similar
  * Proficient in AutoCAD- 2D & 3D technical drawings
  * Commutable to Stevenage – happy to conduct occasional site visits
