Are you an Architectural Technician from a Residential background with strong proficiency in AutoCAD looking for a varied and days-based role within a well-established yet growing Architectural Design company, offering opportunities to progress to senior positions and occasional overtime to increase your earnings?

This company specialises in providing design solutions for both residential and commercial construction, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. Since their establishment in 2001, they have gone from strength to strength working on a range of high-value projects and are now looking to expand their design team to keep up with further demand.

In this dynamic role, you will be creating 2D & 3D architectural designs using AutoCAD for Residential projects in London and Swansea working both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 4, liaising directly with senior leadership to ensure Designs match customer specifications and are completed on time. This is an office-based role with monthly site visits to London and the local area included.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician from a Residential background with experience creating 2D & 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD looking for a days-based role within a growing company offering the opportunity to directly impact design implementations, progression to senior roles and occasional overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:

• Creating both 2D and 3D Architectural Designs using AutoCAD & Sketchup
• Monthly project site visits to ensure measurements are accurately taken
• Monday to Thursday – 9am – 5pm – early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays
• Liaise with other departments and senior leadership to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are completed on time

The Person

• Architectural Technician or similar
• Proficient in AutoCAD- 2D & 3D technical drawings
• Commutable to Swansea – happy to conduct occasional site visits
