Are you a RIBA qualified Architectural Technician with strong proficiency in AutoCAD looking for a varied and days-based role within a market leading yet growing Design company, offering further development, opportunities to progress to senior positions and Annual bonuses to increase your earnings

This company specialises in providing design solutions for commercial construction projects, working with a range of blue-chip companies across the UK. Since their establishment in 2002, they have gone from strength to strength working on a range of high-value projects and are now looking to expand their design team to keep up with further demand.

In this dynamic role, you will be creating 2D & 3D architectural designs using AutoCAD and SketchUp for Commercial projects working both autonomously and within a tight-knit team of 4, liaising directly with senior leadership to ensure Designs match customer specifications and are completed on time. This is an office-based role with the option to go hybrid after passing probation.

This role would suit a RIBA qualified Architectural Technician or similar from a Commercial background with experience using AutoCAD looking for a varied and exciting role within a growing company offering the opportunity to directly impact design implementations, progression to senior roles and occasional overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role

• Creating both 2D and 3D Architectural Designs using AutoCAD & Sketchup
• Occasional site visits to ensure measurements are accurately taken
• Liaise with other departments and senior leadership to ensure designs meet customer requirements and are completed on time
• Monday to Thursday – 9am – 5pm – early finish at 4:30pm on Fridays

The Person

• Architectural Technician or similar
• Proficient in AutoCAD / SolidWorks- 2D & 3D technical drawings
• Commutable to Stockport
