In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and staff on all supported platforms and escalating bugs and technical issues to the QA team for further investigation if needed.
This role would suit an Application Support Engineer with experience of investigating software problems on Mac and/or Windows and iOS operating systems
The Role
- Providing technical support to customers and staff on all supported platforms
- Work closely with Development, Marketing, Web and Documentation teams. Where necessary, communicating tech support issues internally to other teams
- Testing and checking the user experience of support services like websites web services and portals
The Person
- A passion for coding, software, and all things Tech!
- Experience of investigating software problems on Mac and/or Windows and iOS operating systems
