With the release of new machinery and ever continuing growth, an opportunity arises for an Aftersales Administrator to join the team, where you will be responsible for processing orders, achieving the teams target and ensuring warranty parts are returned, monitoring stock levels and supporting the team leader.
This role would suit those with a Customer Service or Parts Advisor background, looking to build a career within a flourishing and market leading company, with all the support needed to become highly skilled and efficient at your role.
The Role:
- Process orders and invoice out parts as required
- Monitor stock levels, reporting and investigating as needed
- Help achieve depot customer number target each month
- Ensure all warranty parts are returned as required
- Manage goods inwards process
