The company specializes in a diverse range of Plant Machinery and has emerged as the exclusive service provider across the entire UK. Thanks to its consistent success and expansion, the company is seeking to recruit additional employees who can contribute to driving the business forward.

The position entails overseeing job allocation and scheduling for mobile engineers, handling customer inquiries and breakdown reports via phone communication, and coordinating parts procurement. Additionally, the role involves creating damage charges based on relevant information, addressing service queries, performing general administrative tasks, and arranging third-party services when necessary.

This role would suit an Service Controller / Administrator with plant machinery background, who is looking to work a varied role with development opportunities and a great work / life balance.

THE ROLE:
* Customer inquiry handling and breakdown report management
* Job allocation and scheduling for mobile engineers
* Parts procurement coordination / general administration work

THE PERSON:
* Administrator / Service Controller Experience
* Experience working within the plant machinery industry
* Based near Tamworth / Birmingham (Near Sutton Park)
