Are you an Administrator or similar with a background in Logistics, Scheduling or Transport looking for role within a well-established company who provide an excellent working environment within a tight knit team alongside a stable, secure position due to massive growth and a full work schedule.

This is an rare opportunity to work for one of the most exciting live event companies that provides audio systems for live events across the UK and around the globe. They have experienced consistant growth since their establishment 45 years ago, and have worked on several historical live events in their history. A few of the events they have worked on as a company have included Glastonbury, the 2012 Olympics Ceremony, the Queens Jubilee and with most of the biggest musical names of the past 30 years, and some of the most memorable gigs.

This role involves managing various aspects of transportation and logistics, including booking courier shipments, creating purchase orders, and maintaining records of logistical moves. Responsibilities also include coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, processing customs documentation, and facilitating communication within the department and with other teams. Additionally, the role may involve generating load requirements for clients and assisting with any other administrative tasks as needed.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar with a background in Logistics / Scheduling / Transport, looking for an excellent working environment within a tight knit team, who are providing full training and stable, secure, long term position.

The Role:

*Coordinate domestic and international courier shipments, including same-day local couriers.
* Assist in purchasing orders for logistics suppliers and maintain oversight of logistical moves for efficiency.
* Manage customs documentation, facilitate communication within departments, and provide administrative support as required.
* Operating hours: 8am-8pm, Mon-Sun. The role is a 35-hour week (10am-6pm normal working hours) for five days with the occasional possibility of 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm.

* Commutable to Twickenham / Weybridge
