On offer is full training to join the branch sales counter as you deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone, assist with enquiries, fulfilling orders and making sure information is recorded and stocktake is updated.

Stock management and document control
Building a business relationship over the phone and face to face
Communicating brand promotions and sales initiatives to customers (Via outbound phone activity) pro-actively drive sales
Giving product information including stock availability, prices and delivery.
Making sure all information is accurately communicated to the customer.
Deal with all general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Make sure all information relating to any customer contact is accurately relayed to relevant parties.
