In this role, the Administrative Specialist will manage customer orders and supplier invoices, ensure timely delivery and payment processes, and coordinate administrative support across all departments. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

The ideal Administrative Specialist is a meticulous professional with experience in order processing and supply chain management. They are proactive, team-oriented, and thrive in an international environment, with fluency in both German and English.

The Role:

  • Manage customer orders and oversee processing through our internal system.
  • Coordinate inventory and generate outgoing invoices.
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain compliance with service agreements.
  • Process supplier orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
  • Prepare shipping instructions and statistical reports.

The Person:

  • Experience in customer service, order processing, or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with international trade and customs regulations.
  • Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
