Are you an Administration Assistant or similar with a background in the Transport industry looking for a well-established company who provide an excellent working environment within a tight knit team alongside a stable, secure position due to massive growth and a full work schedule.
On offer is the opportunity to work within a large commercial transport service provider going through an exciting period of growth. The company are responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of HGV’s and LCV’s on behalf of some major blue-chip clients including Jewson’s and DPD.
Your role will involve raising invoices, credit notes and intercompany purchases. Completing credit checks, handling petty cash and other ad-hoc finance tasks, you will work within a tight-knit team of office staff and be given full training.
This role would suit an Administration Assistant or similar with a background in Transport, looking for an excellent working environment within a tight knit team, who are providing full training and stable, secure, long term position.
* Invoicing customers
* Completing credit checks
* Handling petty cash
* Monday to Friday (8AM-6PM)
* Every other Saturday Morning
* Administration Assistant or similar
* Automotive / Transport background
* Commutable to Redhill
