Taking over a local sawmill to demonstrate it’s commitment to a environmentally viable wood supply chain, this sawmill and timber merchants have grown to be one of the nation’s leading suppliers. In order to maintain their administrative and financial support, a new Accounts Assistant is required to manage all invoicing, payments and payroll, while providing administrative support and producing monthly management accounts.
This role would suit an accounts assistant looking for a multifaceted role and the opportunity to operate autonomously, while taking on additional responsibility.
Responsible for both Sage packages, Accounts and Payroll as required
Administer accounts for both the Charity and parent company
Checking supplier invoices and remitting funds as needed
