You will be the go-to individual, driving business development and sales for new and existing clients, whilst having oversight of the regional sales team, monitoring performance and supporting new business development across water systems and services, ensuring that existing customers are supported to an exceptional standard.

The Role:

• Manage, targets and sales/quotes in conjunction, working alongside senior management
• Manage the sales performance and KPIs of the Regional Sales Team across their territories.
• Assess sales, cost results and any action plans as necessary to achieve the budget
• Carry out first stage review of equipment sales designs, cost sheets and proposals following the company sign-off procedures
• Working from Alfreton to Site Visits across the UK

• Sales experience from the water treatment/water equipment industry
