You will be based in a modern office, and will be responsible for Account Management, for a number of valued and reputable clients across Europe, managing a portfolio with the objective of increasing sales through excellent client care, guiding and advising clients through their purchase, developing strong relationships. There will be a clear progression path to an Account Manager position, and the potential to quickly move into the European Accounts Manager role.
The role:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, keeping in regular contact to develop and maintain the relationship, to grow and develop the sales pipeline
- Fully understand client requirements, and make recommendations / provide advisory services on products and purchases
- Process sales orders with sales administration support
- Maintain client records
- Develop new business from existing accounts
The person:
- Bachelors Degree, A-Level or Equivalent Qualification
- Experience or background in Customer Service, Sales or Account Management
- Ideally some proficiency speaking French or Italian
