Are you an account handler from a commercial insurance background looking to work for a family-run, long-established company that will invest in your professional qualifications and personal development?

You will have some experience as a Commercial Account Executive and be comfortable dealing with a range of duties from new business and enquiries to renewals and managing existing client accounts.
You will have good judgement, be analytical, pay great attention to detail, be flexible, self-motivated, driven & able to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Working within procedures, guidelines and standards set
- Deliver excellent customer service whilst meeting customer requirements efficiently and effectively for New Business
- Understand the processes and procedures required to provide quotations & put forward suitable products to meet the client’s needs
- Ensure that all product information provided is clear, fair and not misleading, allowing the customer to make an informed decision
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered and dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Dealing with queries by email, telephone and in person ensuring that all SLA’s are adhered to
- Ensure you remain compliant in everything that you do; including but not limited to treating customers fairly
