In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be presented with a variety of challenges from onsite working with clients to fixing faults remotely in the office.
This role would suit an experienced IT Support Engineer who has worked for an MSP in a 2nd or 3rd line support engineer position.
The Role:
- Customer and client focused.
- Managing Helpdesk tickets
- General IT support
The Person:
- IT support background with AzureAD, M365 and Google Workspace experience
- Wants to work in an MSP environment.
- UK Driving License
