Are you an 2nd Line Support Engineer looking to join a , growing business where you will play a pivotal part in the success of the company?
The company have been operating since 2012, coming up to their 10 year anniversary. They offer B2B IT & MSP support to a variety of clientele, remotely and on client sites.
On offer is the opportunity to take a hands-on approach with the running of the helpdesk, you will be a trusted point of contact for end users and their go-to technical expert.
Your responsibilities will be to handle all customer queries including Windows desktop and server support, Azure Active Directory administration and support, 365 at an advanced level, support of LAN/WAN/VPN/VLAN, MDM management, Exchange, firewall configuration and network security.
This role would suit a candidate with experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support, Microsoft / Sage configuration, 365, problem solving and troubleshooting.
