Are you a 1st Line IT Support Engineer looking to join a company partnered with the likes of Google, Dell, and Microsoft? Are you looking to take the next step in your career towards becoming a 2nd Line support engineer?
Do you want to join a team of skilled IT support workers where you can progress your skills whilst working your way up to 2nd Line Support.
On offer is the chance to broaden your technical support knowledge on a range of different systems.
In this role you will work to provide support over the phone, answering tickets and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal IT Support Engineer has experience in IT Support with a passion for good customer service.
The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for customer support
- Answer tickets from customers, escalating them when necessary
- Mentor junior staff
The Person:
- Experienced with IT Support
- Have a problem solving mindset
- Experience with customer service
