In this role the successful IT Support Engineer will be offering off-site and, occasionally, on-site IT support to clients, primarily, in the Funeral Sector. The successful IT Support Engineer will also be answering the phone and dealing with the customer service side of the business, ordering equipment and offering on site installations.
The ideal candidate will posses a love for IT Support and will be constantly pushing themselves to be the best that they can be. The ideal IT Support Engineer will be able to quickly take in new information and apply to a role that rewards a positive IT mentality with progression into more advanced roles.
