On offer is a fantastic opportunity passionate IT Support Engineer to kickstart their career in a well-respected company that has been providing MSP support to its loyal customers for over 20 years.

In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer will be offering off-site and, occasionally, on-site IT support to clients, primarily, in the Funeral Sector. The successful IT Support Engineer will also be answering the phone and dealing with the customer service side of the business, ordering equipment and offering on site installations.

The ideal candidate will possess a love for IT Support and will be constantly pushing themselves to be the best that they can be. The ideal IT Support Engineer will be able to quickly take in new information and apply it to the role which rewards a positive can do mentality with unlimited technical progression.

The Role:

• Providing 1^st Line IT Support
• On-Site/Off-Site Support
• Managing Equipment orders and installation
