On offer is the amazing opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a passionate and experienced IT services company leading the industry as the go to IT Services in their area. You will be working on projects for the MOD, Schools, and local businesses.
In this role, you will be working in the Education sector to help solve daily technical challenges, working with the relevant install teams, and liaising with the management team for planning.
You will have all the DBS and Security Clearance checks paid for with the chance to add new tools to your belt and kickstart a successful career in the industry.
The ideal IT Support Engineer will be able to pass a DBS check, have a problem solving mentality and a ability to work under pressure.
The Role:
* Given Full Training in Basic Support
* Deal with new tickets on a Jira system
* Handle technical support issues
The Person:
* Have an IT Support background
* Able to start by September 1st
* Have a Full UK Driving Licence
* Able to pass a DBS Check
