Are you a Draughtsman from a residential building background or similar looking for a role offering plenty of day-to-day variety, within a stable, ambitious company offering a clear scope to progress into management in the future?

Founded over 20 years ago, this social housing construction specialists specialise in the refurbishment of existing buildings alongside the construction of new, exciting buildings., whilst boasting steady growth over the years alongside a strong reputation within their industry.

Within this role you will be working within a small team of engineers to producing detailed 2D drawings for building plans, surveys and specifications using AutoCAD. Along side this there will be weekly trips to site to take measurements, offering day to day variety.

This role will suit a Draughtsman from a residential background looking to progress into management in the future, for an ambitious company looking to double their headcount in the next year.

The Role:

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings from building surveys using CAD
• Assist surveyors in preparing design layouts, floor plans, elevations and sections
• Support site visits when necessary to gather measurements and verify details
• Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
