Are you a CNC Operator/Setter with a background in offline programming or similar, looking for a daytime role with good weekly pay, optional overtime, and early finishes every Friday?

This is a chance to join a well-established precision manufacturer specialising in plastics machining, currently expanding rapidly due to a strong pipeline of new contracts.

In this role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision plastic components.

This position would suit a CNC Setter/Operator with experience in offline programming or similar, looking for a days-based, Monday-Friday role with optional overtime and a supportive team environment.

THE ROLE:

  • Write toolpaths for CNC turning and/or milling using Fanuc programming within CAD/CAM software
  • Set up machinery, fixtures, tooling, and inspection equipment
  • Operate CNC turning centres and/or milling machines to aerospace tolerances
  • Inspect finished components using a variety of quality inspection methods
  • 38-hour working week, Monday to Friday

THE PERSON:

  • CNC Operator/Setter with a background in offline programming or similar Background in precision machining; plastics experience desirable
  • Proficient with CAD/CAM software
  • Commutable to Nailsea
